Employee of the Year Nomination Form


Wed., April 5 – Form emailed to staff and put on the DPS #170 website.

Thurs., April 13 – Principals’ send the names of two (2) Employee of the Year Committee Representatives to Mrs. Mahan.  Representatives should be parents from your building.

Thurs., April 20 – All nominations are due to Building Principals or District Office (attention Mrs. Mahan) by 4:00 p.m.

Fri., April 28 – The Employee of the Year Committee meets at 3:00 p.m. at the District Office to review and choose the Non-Certified and Certified Employee of the Year.

Wed., May 10 – 6:30 p.m. Board of Education Meeting at District Office – Recognition of Employees of the Year.
