Information Update

In an effort to insure that we have the most current information for students, we are asking that all parents complete the following form prior to May 1st.  After completing the form we ask that you use the form to update student information whenever it changes in the future.  This way we can be assured that we have the most current contact and busing information for every child.  The Parent/Student Information Update Form will be located on  under calendars.
