Pricing and Insurance:
Children 18 and under: VFC eligible**- $12 / non VFC eligible***- $30
Adult regular: $30 Intradermal: $35 Hi-dose (65 and older): $45

All clinics are walk-in, no appointment necessary. Please bring your Medicaid, Meridian, Medicare Part B card,
Medicare Advantage or health insurance card. State employees and retirees must bring their state ID.

We now accept most insurance; most health insurance plans cover the cost of vaccines, but you should check with your insurance company before visiting your health care provider. Payment for flu shots not covered by insurance will be the responsibility of the patient at the time of service.

**Medicaid enrolled, Uninsured and Underinsured children are VFC eligible

***Children with health insurance that covers vaccines are NOT VFC eligible
