Attention DPS Families! We have set the date for Pre-K and Kindergarten registration for Wednesday, March 13th, 2024 from 12pm-6pm. This will take place at Washington School Door #1 located on 703 East Morgan Street.
Incoming Kindergarten students are required to have:
- Proof of Residency (Utility bill or lease with current address)
- Certified Birth Certificate
- Up-to-date Immunization Records
- Current Physical/Dental Exam/Vision Exam
If you have any of these, please bring them to registration. ALL students are required to have the above forms turned in BEFORE the start of the school year. The office is open Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. If you have any questions, please call 815-934-9660.
