The LCSEA Transitions class had an opportunity to learn all about Sauk Valley Community College today. Students learned about programs of study, college-life, and resources available to students and community members. Students toured the campus and asked great questions along the way. A highlight of our trip was seeing some former DHS students who stopped to say hello and shared their college experience with us. Thanks to SVCC for a wonderful tour.

There were a few stations with hands on experiences, and the others gave information about their trade and apprenticeship programs. There were 13 different trades represented. #BePurple
