The Homecoming Football games are scheduled for 5pm and 7pm at AC Bowers Field at Dixon High School on Friday the 24th. The coronation of King and Queen will be at halftime of the varsity game. Remember to wear your purple spirit wear! #gopurple
Our High School Homecoming Parade will be Friday the 24th at 3pm. The route is over Peoria bridge up to Second, over to Hennepin, back to First and back to Peoria! #gopurple

Shoutout to Brindy Covell, 7th grader at RMS. She won a dial in race, a NHRA Wally and made it to the semi-final for another Wally on Sunday. A Wally is the highest award you can win in drag racing. This was her 2nd! Way to go!!!

Homecoming Spirit Days: dress up and show your school spirit during homecoming week, September 20th-24th. All outfits must meet school dress code.
Maui Monday - Dress for a tropical vacation!
Trading Places Tuesday - Switch places with someone else and dress up like them (your teacher, your friend, your coach, your principal, etc.)
Color Wars Wednesday - 8th grade wears blue, 7th grade wears green, 6th grade wears red, and staff wears black
Dynamic Duo Day (Thursday) - Find a friend and dress up as your favorite dynamic duo
School Spirit Friday - Get ready for the Homecoming game and show your school spirit by wearing purple and white!

Officer Thomas discussed internet safety with all RMS students today. The presentation included videos with real life scenarios and discussion questions prompting students to think about their own online habits!
