Update 10/18/2021 - Due to enhancements from Clever and Google, we were able to make the updates to the Google logons for grades K through 3 without any impacts to the logon screens from grades 4 through 12. Grades 4 through 12 will not see any changes to their Chromebook Logons.
We are making a change to how students log on to school Chromebooks starting this weekend with the switch over to Quarter 2 on October 18th. This change will allow students in grades K through 3 to take advantage of QR codes for logon, making the process easier for our youngest learners.
For students in grades 4 and up, the logon screen will also change, and students will have to make one selection before they are prompted to enter their normal logon credentials.
Student logon credentials are staying the same, it's just a simple change to the logon screen. The attached documents show what the new screen looks like and what students need to click based on their grade level.
