Lumen has added a self-service feature for password resets. Previously, a staff member with admin access was required to manually reset passwords for login issues. This new feature will allow parents and students to resolve most of their login issues themselves.
If you have trouble with your Lumen password, look for the "Can't log in?" link on the Lumen login page, click and follow the prompts.
If you have trouble remembering your Login name, it is generally the first four letters of your last name followed by the first four letters of your first name. For example, John Smith's login would be smitjohn.
