The purpose of this screening is to ensure children are reaching developmental milestones. Children will be asked to perform a variety of activities in the areas of concepts, language, and motor skills. Vision and hearing will also be tested if there is a concern. To complete the screening, parents will be required to sign a consent form, and be asked to complete a social-emotional and self-help questionnaire.
