Reminder, that Lee County Health Department is offering a Covid vaccine Clinic, for 12-17 years old. Pfizer will be given in 2-step vaccine series. The first clinic will be held at the Dixon Elks Lodge, on June 3rd from 2-6pm. No appointments are necessary. Any person being vaccinated between 12-17 years old will need to be accompanied by a parent. If you have any questions, contact your school nurse or Lee County Health Department.

Dixon Public Schools is having their Regular Board Meeting on Wed., May 19 at 6:00 p.m. The District is returning to an in-person meeting format and will also live stream the meeting. There will be a limited number of seats available for those in attendance. Once all seats are filled, no one will be allowed inside to attend the meeting. Masks must be worn by all who are attending on-site. Those wishing to submit public comment need to email them to the Board President, Linda Wegner and the Superintendent, Margo Empen by Noon on Wednesday, May 19th, 2021. Public Comment received after this time, may not be guaranteed to be read aloud at this meeting.
