This week's Spirit Stick winner for Reagan Middle School is Ms. Marcia Comer. Ms. Comer is a shining example of what it means to support both students and staff as one of our amazing Teacher Assistants. She consistently steps up wherever she is needed without a second thought. She is always willing to help individual students or groups, assisting teachers in the classrooms, covering supervision, or ensuring dismissal runs smoothly. Marcia goes above and beyond to meet students’ needs, from helping students get to their buses to making handmade scarves, crafts, and heartfelt holiday gifts with students to share with loved ones. Her kindness, dedication, and willingness to help make her a positive role model and a true asset to our school community. We are so grateful to have Ms. Comer at Reagan Middle School. Thank you for always going above and beyond for our school community! #BePurple

The DHS AP Spanish Language and Culture class celebrated El Día de Reyes today by trying a rascón de reyes, a popular pastry eaten on this day. Lily even found the surprise inside! It was a fun cultural experience in which to partake after learning about holiday and how other Hispanic countries celebrate it.
