Dixon Performance would like to thank the RMS track coaches for the opportunity to work with sprinters and throwers.
Special thanks to Ahmyrie McGowan for being a student assistant coach.
We worked with an average of 55 RMS student-athletes per session, two (2) sessions per week for seven (7) weeks.

Athletic based warm-ups✅
Mobility: ankles, shoulders, & hips✅
Running Mechanics: wickets, curvilinear runs✅
Jumps: horizontal, vertical, lateral, and linear variations✅
Acceleration: Half kneeling, lying, & falling starts✅
Bodyweight Exercises: Eccentric and Isometric- squats, split squats, hinges, and push-ups✅
Core: planks, dead bugs, bird dogs, & slow mountain climbers✅
