The Dixon High School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee is looking for families/relatives of the players on the 1941-42 Dixon boys basketball team. This squad remains Dixon's only team to appear in the IHSA State Finals and as such will be inducted into the Hall of Fame at the upcoming induction ceremony on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at the Post House in Dixon.
Members were: Bob Alexander, Bill Goff, Fred Howard, Bryce Hubbard, Walter Knack Jr., Frank Leeper, John Loftus, Bob Marshall, Paul Reynolds, Harold Salzman, Cy Shank, Jo Van Meter, and Ossie Zimmerman.
