We are so excited for the first day of school tomorrow! Parents, please remember to complete the DAILY Symptom Reporting Form for each child by 8:30 a.m. every day. The Daily Symptom Reporting Form can be found on our website on the homepage in the banner (purple button for each school). The Daily Symptom Reporting Form can also be found on our app. You can choose your child's building in the upper right corner and click on "Health Self Report."
