Bus Changes:
Starting Wednesday (3/16/22) 6th , 7th , & 8th grade students riding Bus #19 will begin riding Bus #12. This impacts students at the following stops: 7:00am (1st Street and Custer), 7:02am (2nd Street and Lincoln), and 7:05am (1st Street and VanBuren). Bus #12 transports students directly to RMS, thus eliminating the need for these students to shuttle.

Dixon Public Schools is having their Regular Board Meeting on Wed., March 16, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Board Room at the District Office, 1335 Franklin Grove Road.
The District is returning to an in-person meeting format. The meeting will be recorded and will be posted on the District’s YouTube channel and website. Masks are recommended. Social Distancing will be observed. Those wishing to submit public comment need to email them to the Board President, Linda Wegner and to the Superintendent, Margo Empen, by Noon on Wednesday, March 16, 2022. Public Comment received after this time may not be guaranteed to be read aloud at this meeting.

Parents & Guardians: March 11 is the final day for the 5Essentials Survey. Below are the percentages for each building. You can take a survey for EACH building you have a student in. For each survey you complete, you can turn in a slip for the $50 gift card. Our goal districtwide is 50% for EACH building. On Sunday, DHS wrestlers competed in the IWCOA Fresh/Soph Regionals Tournament in Morrison. Five wrestlers placed first and one placed second. Seven wrestlers are moving on to compete at Sectionals this weekend in Sterling! #gopurple
